How Do You Treat Flat Feet?
During your first appointment, our podiatrists will perform a physical examination of your feet and speak with you about any symptoms or mobility challenges you might be experiencing. We may also conduct x-rays or other imaging tests to gain a clear picture of the anatomy of your feet. After that, we can discuss your treatment plan, which may include custom orthotic shoes or inserts, anti-inflammatory drugs, stretches to try at home, and lifestyle changes you can implement to manage pain from flat feet. Surgery may be needed for more extreme cases (if the tendon has become deformed or damaged, for instance).
What Are the Symptoms of Flat Feet?
